We have two hotel options for our guests to choose from - they are literally two doors down from each other (walking distance). The Embassy Suites will be where we will ave the rehearsal dinner and drinks at the bar after (Friday, Dec. 9th). The Hyatt Place will be where we have the reception after-party (11:30pm, Saturday night, Dec. 10th). Both hotels offer plenty of on site parking and are directly next to a Starbucks and Chick-fil-a, and across the street from the largest mall and shopping center in the Southeast.

If you decide to book with Embassy Suites, please make sure you are not overcharged. Thursday night is included in our special rate, and you should not be charged for extra people.

Transportation for Out of Town Guests:

We have reserved two 44 passenger buses for out of town guests. The buses will pick up guests from the Hyatt Place hotel and shuttle to the church for the ceremony, then shuttle to the reception from the church, then shuttle back to the Hyatt Place hotel after the reception.

Hyatt Place and Embassy Suites are within walking distance (next door) to each other, so guests staying in the Embassy Suites can take advantage of the bus transportation as well.
